If any of these sound familiar, this bootcamp was designed for you.

📋

Managing Projects Without a Framework

You deliver projects but lack a structured, globally recognized methodology to guide your approach.

🎯

Ready for the PMP but Need the Hours

You have the experience but need 35 contact hours of formal project management education to qualify for the PMP exam.

📈

Career Growth Requires Certification

Your next promotion or contract requires PMP certification — the global gold standard in project management.

🌍

Need Flexible, Self-Paced Learning

You can't attend a 5-day in-person bootcamp. You need a program that fits your schedule and location.

People Domain (42%)

Lead and manage teams effectively. Master servant leadership, conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and team performance.

Process Domain (50%)

Plan, execute, and deliver projects using predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches. Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.

Business Environment (8%)

Align projects with organizational strategy. Evaluate benefits, manage compliance, and navigate organizational change.

Agile & Hybrid Approaches

Apply Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid frameworks alongside traditional predictive methods — as required by the current PMP exam.

Earned Value & Schedule Management

Use EVM, critical path analysis, and resource optimization to keep projects on track and within budget.
