I'm Kurt Corthout, founder of Flip Management and partner at GIG Europe and DolphinUniverse. With over 20 years of experience in business transformation, I specialize in driving breakthrough results using Theory of Constraints (ToC), Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
My journey began in 2005 when I founded 1-2-Solve, providing management facilitation in engineering, manufacturing, and production. Since then, I've helped organizations across Europe and beyond achieve measurable improvements—often within 2-3 months.
The People Empowerment Project was born from a realization: the same frameworks that transform large enterprises can empower independent professionals. I work as a "brain surgeon"—spending minimal time inside your business while transferring knowledge that creates lasting, sustainable improvements.
